YLSTC Call Centre “Tip-offs Anonymous” is a unique and innovative solution to stop abuse, assault, crime, fraud, theft, falsely incited, dishonesty, fraud, drugs and other inappropriate behavior in the home, school, community areas, the workplace.
We are a completely independent, confidential whistle blowing hotline service operating
12-hours a day, 365 days a year.
It doesn't matter whether you're a child, teenager, teacher, family member, care giver, an employee, customer, supplier, manager or shareholder. Now you can report fraud and inappropriate activities in the community or organization in a safe, confidential and secure way.
Tip-off information can be given to us by e-mail, or by phoning the Call Centre 081-578-6599 assigned to the organization. Alternatively you can complete the Tip-off form on the website.

How it works, The service operates as follows:
· Tip-offs Anonymous The YLSTC Centre will forward the complaint to the necessary
authorities or organization that deals with the content provided, for investigation.
· All details are then communicated thru the call centre or nominated care giver, all
communication is kept in strict confidence.
· Trained operators will respond to calls in a number of languages.
· Operators or care giver will interview callers, probing for specific facts such as dates,
times, locations, people, amounts involved and any witnesses.
· This information is then analyzed and assessed for urgency and importance.
· It is also sanitized to ensure that the name of the caller and any identifying information is
excluded from the tip-off report, unless the person chooses to have this information
disclosed to the Call Centre.
· It is then forwarded to the relevant authority or contact representative by way of written
tip-off reports, without revealing the identity of the person making the call, unless the
person has expressly chosen otherwise.
· The Tip-offs Anonymous call centre does not get involved in this investigation process.
It is left to experts, and monitored with feed back as required.
· Tip-offs received by e-mail, and those made via the website are processed in the same way
as a tip-off received via telephone.
· Tip-offs Anonymous is therefore merely a conduit through which persons can make tip-
offs in a totally confidential and anonymous manner.
