Physical Fitness
To extol the virtues, and benefits of physical exercise on, the youth of today.
There are three main areas within the benefits of a good exercise regimen being Physical,
Physiological,
General well being.
As an agreed and universal understanding in medical terms internationally recognized avocation you will always take notice of the first and fundamental instruction given unilaterally across the board to cure, improve, or assist in all aliments and disease’s thus primary instruction is exercise, whether to prevent or halt obesity and the affiliated illnesses through diabetes, cholesterol, depression etc. the list is endless. Thus to prevent repetition the medical aspects of exercise per se will be kept to a minimum, but the adage a healthy body makes for a healthy mind rings true.
In the improvement of the physical body with any regular exercise or sports regimen muscle tone and good bone structure and body maintenance is improved with clear and proper respiration which in turn provides oxygenated blood to flow evenly and thoroughly through healthy veins & arterioles to keep the major organs and the brain in good working condition.
This intern with a healthy diet ensures quick healing of any wounds, scratches and minor lesions, a strong immune system and most importantly sufficient chemicals throughout the brain, like dopamine’s, serotonin, melatonin, adrenalin, testosterone and estrogen all extremely vial components to ensure a child’s happiness, pleasure senses, well being and balanced thought processes thus avoiding a mental capex on their ability to think process, concentrate, avoid mental depravities i.e. depression and to help with studying and to function normally with in all spheres of schooling and social interacting environments.
From a physical attributes point of view keeping the body in peak physical condition helps with the body’s ability to keep the CD4 count of white blood cells / and red blood cells in equilibrium for a balanced immune system . Children are less likely to hurt or pull muscles, tear tendons, or suffer debilitating ailments of sore backs, broken bones due to deficiencies from lack of essential vitamins and appropriate chemicals that the body produces from exercising regularly.
Thus from the importance of digestion after breakfast some exercise aids the entire anatomical absorption of essential chemicals components thereof as well as during intensive back to back lessons during the day at school , it is advocated that intermittent exercise is implemented for a resurgence of oxygenated blood to the brain, as well as to get one to move around geographically with exercise this forces the eyes to interact for the mind to be cognisant of its surroundings in turn allowing the brain to relax sufficiently , to enable concentration levels to resume when studies continue thus ensuring full possible concentration is at its optimum.

It is also medically documented in numerous international studies that learners that partake in regular sports help to improve hand to eye coordination for work related purposes as well as in all spheres like reaction times being improved across the board in business, in thinking on your feet, driving a motor vehicle, avoiding accidents in the work place etc..It also improves social skills in general in team building interactions and dealing with your peers.

It is also vitally important from a social and self esteem point of view in creating positive and sound understanding in good sportsmanship qualities that are not limited to schooling conditions but also helping with all areas of management deep into one’s life.
Not to be relegated is the equally important aspect of correcting a child’s negative or inappropriate behavior when a learner is acting out or misbehaving , this can at times best be dealt with in the curriculum of physical exercise or within the parameters of positive correction through physical training .

This can be encompassed in strict application within the centre’s rules and policies that should a leaner become problematic instead of the antiquated and out dated method of corporal punishment which also has negative connotations upon a learner , one implements a vigorous regimen of physical routine actions to comply with or a physical fitness course that they need to complete , to enable them to fully understand their accountability and responsibility for their actions . The Training centre facilitates its code of conduct and behavior through physical training, the idea or principle is quite simple, “if a child or learner has transgressed a rule, and needs to be held accountable and responsible for his/her actions or reactions then let it be in a positive manner that at the end of the day which will benefit him/her” as the last word.
There is no aspect in life that is not directly affected by a healthy outlook & dispensation to exercise for learners or a lack thereof can not only impede but crucially impair their lives period.
